Hello, My name is Payton Vaughan and I’m from San Antonio, Texas. I’m a freshman at Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi where I’m studying General Business in hopes of becoming a future CEO. I was shocked with my overwhelming disappointment because I have always heard the praise around the Red Cross.
